Glenda Methven started the accredited training company LearnAbility in March 2012.

She started her training career in 1998; the first 5 years were spent at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in London.

Glenda has a Diploma and B.Tech in Human Resource as well as a Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring.

She is a registered Assessor, Moderator and Verifier. Glenda is also an accredited GCologist, so she can deliver consulting interventions underpinned by the GC Index and is qualified to practice in the Art of GCology.

In 2013, Glenda was nominated as one of South Africa’s most Influential Women in Business and Government.
